Group Training Monday - Friday Series, Monthly Fee Total Motion athletes must be 13 years or older to participate. Groups will contain up to 6 athletes per session and work on various hitting exercises throughout the week. Monday - Game Simulation High Velocity Tuesday - 2 Strike Hitting Wednesday - Exit Velocity or Quality Contact Thursday - Game Simulation Breaking Ball Friday - Competition
Individual Training Sessions Pay per session or packages Few spots are available for one-on-one training sessions or small groups. Sessions will contain hitting, pitching, defense, or baserunning work.
Throwing Training Monthly Fee Athletes will receive a 5-day throwing program that will be completed at Total Motion Performance. No trainer will be present for these sessions.
